We require some essential documents to ensure a smooth and compliant setup. This includes a copy of your MC Authority, W-9, Certificate of Insurance (COI), and a signed Dispatch Agreement. These documents allow us to book loads on your behalf, handle negotiations, and manage back-office tasks efficiently. Our team will guide you through the setup process, making it quick and hassle-free so you can hit the road with confidence!
3. Load Booking
We find the right loads, negotiate the best rates, and manage all communications with brokers and shippers. You’ll receive all the necessary details, so you can concentrate on driving while we handle the rest.
4. Monitoring and Communication
We’ll actively monitor the load and keep you updated on any changes or issues. We’ll be in constant communication to address potential delays or route changes quickly, making sure everything runs smoothly and on time.
5. Final Documentation and Payment
We ensure all paperwork, like bills of lading/ proof of delivery, is properly completed and submitted. Once everything is in order, we handle invoicing and make sure you receive timely payment, so you can focus on the road while we manage the back-end details.
